Swansea Vale Register Interest

Swansea Vale is a mixed use development site north of Junction 45 of the M4, promoting employment, residential and recreational uses as part of a new district in north Swansea.

Implementation work started in 1991, and since then, £25 million has been invested by the public sector to create 300 homes, along with 700,000 sq ft of office and employment space, resulting in the creation of 2,600 jobs.

Located only five miles from Swansea’s city centre the development provides unrivalled opportunities for business and residential development with parcels of land still available for development. This new mixed use development consists of a new residential "village" called Tregof Village, and two large business parks. The development area also includes a range of informal recreation facilities, all set out in an attractive landscaped setting which complements the area's natural environment and features.
