Talbot Gateway

A prestigious multi-million pound office development that has the capacity to create hundreds of jobs has been constructed at the entrance to Baglan Energy Park. This statement building has been designed to provide flexible accommodation suitable for either a customer contact operation, offering up to 500 work spaces, or for traditional office use, housing up to 200 personnel

The site is situated at the entrance to the Baglan Energy Park with direct access off the M4 motorway at Junction 41.

The location allows the building to be visible to the motorway whilst providing a 'GATEWAY' to the whole site. The towns of Neath and Port Talbot are four and five miles away, with the city of Swansea ten miles to the west. The site is well served by rail with the adjacent Baglan Station providing easy access to Port Talbot and Swansea, and the Inter-City rail network.

The 43,780 sq ft (4,067 sqm) Talbot Gateway development has been constructed on the site of the former police headquarters at the entrance to Baglan Energy Park.

Designed by WS Atkins, it reflects the high architectural standards of buildings already on the Park. It consists of a central core with two wings, providing flexible accommodation on three floors, which could be occupied by one or more tenants.

This prestigious development greatly enhances the opportunities for new business to set up and grow in the area. Talbot Gateway provides the perfect complement to the manufacturing developments already taking place on the Energy Park.
